As each bifold door is bespoke to customers requirements we don't automate the process with an online ordering system as we prefer to discuss all the available options with you to ensure your new folding sliding door is supplied exactly the way you want it. Automated online ordering is great for standard off the shelf items but something as individual as a bifold door needs to be discussed fully to eliminate any possibility of errors being made during ordering.
If you have received an email quotation simply reply with your best contact telephone number and we will call you or simply call us when you are ready to proceed.
Supply Only Orders
A detailed order acknowledgement will be emailed to you confirming sizes and all the details discussed together with a drawing of the style of bifold door selected so you can do a final check and verify the details are correct before we process your order. Once we have received your confirmation that all details are correct we process your order for production and confirm a scheduled delivery date to you.
Supply & Fit Orders
Two copies of the installation contract will be sent to you confirming all the main details of your order and a drawing of the style of bifold door you require and you will need to return a signed copy of the contract to us. Where a survey is required we will arrange for the installer to visit site and take the necessary dimensions and details for the manufacture of your new folding doors and we will confirm the delivery date and the proposed installation date with you.
Supply only orders are subject to a deposit of 50% at point of order with the remaining balance payable 5 days prior to delivery.
Supply and fit orders require a 25% deposit with order and the remainder is split into two stage payments of 50% due 5 days prior to delivery and the balance is due immediately on completion of installation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards at no extra cost or you can pay by internet bank transfer.
