Our Delivery Service
We deliver free to all mainland UK destinations with the exception of the Scottish Highlands for which an additional charge may apply.
We normally deliver using a fleet of 7.5 ton vehicles similar to this one but occasionally use articulated vehicles that can be 50 feet long so please be sure to advise us if there are any restrictions that will prevent either of these types of vehicles being able to access to your location. As long as we know in advance we can ensure that an appropriate size vehicle is used for your delivery. If width restrictions or narrow lanes prevent our vehicle from reaching your address an alternative delivery address may be required.
All products are delivered with double glazed sealed units separate and these should be safely stored until required for installation.
Aluminium and upvc bifold doors up to 4 metres wide are normally supplied fully fabricated with larger doors supplied in assembly kit form with the panels hinged together and the outer frame supplied ready for assembly on site. Timber bifold doors are always supplied in assembly kit form.
All components are supplied shrink wrapped in tough polythene to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
We will notify you of the exact date of delivery in advance and on the day can usually provide at least an hours telephone notice of arrival time. We do not charge for delivery and cannot offer timed deliveries but will always do our best to work with you to ensure a smooth delivery of your order.
Health & Safety
Folding sliding doors are very heavy items especially when supplied fully fabricated.
We provide a kerb-side delivery service and it is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate labour to offload the goods on delivery and if applicable please check that you have enough clearance to be able to move a fully assembled door to the installation location. If there are restrictions please request an assembly kit and we will deliver your door in kit form for re-assembly on site.

We deliver to all areas of mainland UK on set days of the week.
